C11 Series

Mixer Thermocouple Mounting

All pre-machined receptacles have a two inch diameter and length 'E' as specified. You only need to machine two inch holes in your mixer wall. Then, install the required receptacle. All this finesse machining has been done to the receptacle threads, through-hole, conical taper, etc.

Stainless steel 316 receptacle (MDA series) designed to be welded into mixer wall. Available with dimension “E’ from 1-1/4to 4-1/2 inches increments of 1/4 inch. The MDA series mixer thermocouple requires one teflon conical seal (Part No. C11-60).

Stainless Steel 303 spacer (MDA series) for use with MDA series receptacles. Available with dimension 'L' from 1/4 to 3-1/4 inches increments of 1/4 inch. Spacer length 'L' is always 1-1/4 inches shorter than dimension 'E' of receptacle. This spacer is not required if dimension 'E' of MDA series receptacle is 1-1/4 inches.

Stainless steel 316 receptacle (MCR series) designed to be welded into mixer wall. Available with dimension 'L' from 1-1/4 to 4-1/2 inches increments of 1/4 inch. The MCR series mixer thermocouple requires one teflon conical seal (Part No. C11-70).
