Miniature Plugs & Jacks

Our miniature plugs and jacks provide dependability. Quick and easy installation of thermocouple wires and sheaths. Accepting wire from 0.001“ diameter to 20 gage. Polarized pins minimize mismatching of the large double wipe jacket inserts assure tight grip and positive contact. Rubber grommets are supplied with plugs and jacks. Molded from a glass filled thermoset compound for high strength.

These connectors are color coded to thermocouple calibration and can be used in ambient temperatures of a continuous 400 degrees Fahrenheit and intermittent 500 degrees Fahrenheit. High temperature connectors are color coded ‘Red.’ With ambient temperatures of a continuous 800 degrees Fahrenheit and intermittent 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit.
