To our customers concerned about RoHS compliance aka Directive 2002/95/EC

Gentlemen:

This letter confirms our full compliance with the above RoHS Directive and that we DO NOT use any of the restricted 6 major items or the full list of 10 chemicals.

Our processes DO NOT use any lead or cadmium materials, our brazing operations DO NOT use any of these 10 items as well. All welding is done on low NI sheath materials approved for welding as required under these practices.

We DO NOT buy any products that have these chemicals as part of their structure, enforce the RoHS restrictions and use Certificate of Assays along with MSDS Data Sheets to enforce our restriction of these materials from becoming a part of our products or waste stream. We do not, as a regular practice, perform any soldering operations but if we do, they use a high TN and no lead or cadmium pastes and wire.
