Miniature Weatherproof (MW) heads can be either 1/4 inch or 3/8 inch and are designed for termination of single/dual thermocouples or RTDs. The probe mount and wire entrance threads are 1/4 inch NPT. Cover includes gasket to seal against moisture and chain to prevent loss. Molded of reinforced thermoset compound, this connector head can be used in ambient temperatures to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). This MW design requires no separate terminal block because a terminal strip is molded into the connector head (terminal screws are provided).

General purpose (GP) heads are rugged cast aluminum, stainless steel, or plastic units with various NPT probed connection sizes and the choice of terminal block to fit your application. Flip top versions are also available.

Weatherproof (WP) heads are rugged cast aluminum or cast iron screw cover units that are available in various NPT probe connection sizes and terminal clock to fit your application.

Explosion Proof & Atex (EP) heads are cast aluminum or stainless steel, screw cover units that comply with NEC & after rating and are designed for use in hazardous environments where extreme caution must be observed. Internal threaded holes accommodate four wire terminal blocks. Mating terminal blocks are available.
