NANMAC'S
Ribbon Thermocouple for surface temperature measurements contains
a 0.002" thick Loop-Ribbon junction inside a spring-loaded
protective shield. When applied against any surface, the protective
shield retracts enough to allow the ribbon junction to make
intimate contact with the wall. Because the ribbon junction
eliminates conduction errors caused by the stem of the Thermocouple,
true surface temperature of any wall or object is measured accurately.
Response time of this new design is in the low milliseconds.
Temperature range is from cryogenic to 600 degrees Fahrenheit (Higher temperature
ranges on special request.)

Hot plates, surfaces,
walls, ovens, bearings, engine blocks, plastics processing machinery,
ducts, steam lines, air, gases, etc.
NOTES
. All standard units are straight
probes. If a 90° bend is desired, add (-90) to Part Number.
Example: Part number B7-3-90.
Also, increase base price by $5.00. The 90° bend is made approximately
3-1/2 inches from the handle.
